We just found out Macey our 5 year old Black Lab has Lymphoma,We choose not to put her through Chemo.


Her along waiting friends Mickey(13yr Black Sheppard mix) was put down in 2006 and Mickeys best friend Rudy ( Black Lab mix was taken from us by a speeding motorist in 2008 are waiting for Macey at RAINBOW BRIDGE.

So sad,Macey is a beautiful girl and so young! So very sorry,I hope Macey is'nt in pain,my thoughts are with you,love Lesley and Jem in the UK .

Very sad to read about Macey. There are no words to describe how you guys must be feeling.

My Husband (Chris) and myself sadly lost our 9 year old lab Monty at the end of June,of this year after finding out in feb this year that he had cancer of the soft palate.Yes our vet also gave us choices but like yourselves chose not to take them. We had been given 2months but we actually got an extra 2 months with him,which we treasured.

Our hearts go out to you.

We have since got Jack another black Lab and he has filled a hole albeit a massive hole,but he is managing.(he is 4 months now and we got him at 8weeks)

We love Jack very much,and we hold very many happy memories of Monty in our hearts.
